Predictive Clarity in Liver Cancer Therapy StratifiCare’s pitch centres on StratifiREY, a novel companion diagnostic panel built to solve a major challenge in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) management. While yttrium-90 (Y90) transarterial radioembolization (TARE) is an increasingly used local radiation therapy, evaluating patient response historically required waiting 3 to 6 months post-procedure.
StratifiREY utilizes a multi-biomarker blood assay to analyze patient immune profiles prior to TARE procedure execution. Validated through clinical studies at the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS), the platform equips multi-disciplincary tumour boards with actionable predictive data, helping clinicians identify likely non-responders beforehand and guiding patients toward alternative, effective treatment pathways without delay.
StratifiREY was engineered to replace trial-and-error treatment selection with immediate biological insights. We look forward to presenting our technology at the Grand Final in Taipei and expanding our clinical and commercial partnerships across the region.
