StratifiCare Reaches the Grand Final of the 2026 UAiTED Innovation Competition

StratifiCare was honoured to be selected as a Grand Finalist at the 2026 UAiTED Innovation Competition, held on October 20, 2026 at the Grand Mayfull Hotel Taipei. Although we did not take the top award, the finals gave our team valuable exposure, feedback and connections within Asia’s innovation community.

“Where There's a Gap, There's a Bridge”

Dr. Wayne Liu, President and Chief Growth Officer of Perfect Corp., delivered a keynote and Q&A on going global from Asia and building a bridge to Silicon Valley. He framed global expansion around two questions:

• The need gap (Is it needed?): Does the product solve real problems for people everywhere?

• The distance gap (Is it reachable?): Can the company scale from local to global?

He emphasised that the bridge must be built from both ends, and that governments and universities play a key role by providing founders a scaffold and safety net in the early-stage, so a failure doesn’t end everything.

Meeting the finalists

We were glad to meet the other finalist teams: AI Guided Limited, Ecovolt Technologies Pte Ltd, GABES Limited, SmartCare Technology Co. Limited, and Zhao Ying Technology Co., LTD. Congratulations to all, and to the winners!

Taoyuan Andong Startup Hub and cultural experience

On October 21, the organisers arranged a guided tour of the Taoyuan Andong Startup Hub, where we heard presentations from three Taiwanese startups: AEGIVERSE CO., LTD., TIRS OPTICS Co., Ltd. and IMPRESSIVE CARE CO., LTD. The programme also included a visit to the Taoyuan City Indigenous Cultural Hall, where we learned about Taiwan’s indigenous cultures, and a walk through Daxi Old Street.

Looking ahead

We took the opportunity in Taipei to engage with top-tier hospitals, and we hope to bring StratifiCare to Taiwan’s healthcare community. We thank the UAiTED organisers for their hospitality and for bringing together innovators from across the region. Our journey starts from Asia, and we will carry these lessons into the next phase of our growth.
